We’re after passionate, dedicated and creative educators to join our rapidly expanding team of lectures to help deliver on our FE Music Performance provision. We are currently looking for a tutor with expertise across a number of areas in the Music performance and song writing field. The successful applicant will be working on a part time basis over 3 days and will be required to deliver lessons in a range of subjects.
Overview
You will have industry related skills and knowledge in some or all of the following areas:
Role Specific
You will be teaching across a range of practical and theoretical subjects, including some of the following: Live performance, Song writing, Theory, Digital Audio Production and Music Industry. You will also be responsible for the pastoral tutorage of a set of students.
From planning lessons and preparing resources for designated programmes and modules to delivering enriching sessions and activities, our tutors are at the heart of the student experience. Ideally, you will also have experience of teaching at further education level. You will also be educated to degree level and will ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification or willing to work towards one. If you have the attitude and desire to work in varied, dynamic environment and believe in an industry shaping vocational provision then we can guarantee you will play a key role in our success.
