Our Hospitality & Facilities team provide an extensive food and beverage offer across our campus buildings and business centre, as well as ensuring all of our spaces are developed and maintained to an excellent standard.  With CMG launching an exciting new campus in London, there’s never been a better time to join the team!

We are now seeking a Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator to provide high-quality, proactive, and confidential operational and administrative support to the members of the Hospitality and Facilities senior management team and wider department, where appropriate. 

In the role you will:

• Provide an efficient and comprehensive service to the senior management team
• Work across departments and senior management to support the progression of work and embed cohesion across the department
• Participate in the co-ordination of departmental events and activities such as meetings, working groups, visits, and events
• Provide servicing support to key committees and working groups, including preparing agenda and papers, taking minutes, and tracking action completion
• Participate in continual review of processes and procedures to ensure compliance and observation of project requirements

You will bring: 

• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with people at all levels both internally and externally
• Demonstrable administrative and organisational skills, particularly in relation to the co-ordination and administration of meetings and events
• Excellent operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• A high level of accuracy and close attention to detail
